We made an overnight visit to my favorite childhood camping spot, Gualala, during Labor Day. It was a very last minute thing, but it was still very relaxing to be among the redwoods, see the stars, and enjoy the cool air. Nora loved playing around in the dirt and the water. And B and I loved eating yumming campfire food and spending time with my parents and Logan.

I remember Gualala! How fun!
Camping is CRAZY with kids! Once we went to the beach and both boys just dove right in the sand and took a big bite! Nice. Jasmin was just telling me earlier this week how much she loved having you as a piano teacher. (sigh) Hope you guys are doing well. Happy early FALL!!!
Amber, I didn't know you had a blog! Hey, I am super jealous that you and mom and dad could take such a last minute camping trip together. I am looking foward to January!
What adorable pictures! I can't wait to get my kids to Gualala and to relive old times.
Amber!
Hey, it's fun to read your blog. You seem to have a happy family and your daughter is adorable. I especially love the photo of the face plant into the sand. Our little guy does stuff like that all the time!
